Snowy Thanks

Good morning! It's time to recover from the first round of holiday gatherings:) I am starting to see my kitchen again! Unfortunately, my son is sick today. I'm hoping he gets better really quick!

I made this card for a Christmas thank you - I love this little snowman from the Stamping Boutique!

I am entering this in Cupcake Craft Challenges - thank you cards.

Supplies are image by Stamping Boutique colored in with Copics and highlighted with Crystal Stickles. Paper is DCWV and SU Brocade Blue and Bliss Blue. Sentiment is from Papertrey, snowflakes are from Wal-Mart.

Wonderful Christmas Wishes

Merry Christmas! I hope you are all able to spend some quality time with your family and remember our Wonderful Saviour who humbled himself to come to earth as a tiny baby to save us all!

I took advantage of a few quiet moments while the baby sleeps and they boys are playing their new Wii game to play with some goodies I received for Christmas:) I'll make this short, because I am off to join them too!

I am entering this card in the following challenges:
Paperworks - the sketch
Paper Sundaes - cut it out
Papertake Weekly - Anything goes
Tuesday Morning Sketches - embellish it (non-traditional)

Supplies are SU cardstock in Eggplant Envy and Orchid Opulence, DCWV DP, Kaiser rhinestone flowers, misc ribbon, Cricut cartridges - Cindy Loo and Once Upon a Princess. Image is Greeting Farm colored with Prismacolor pencils.

Critter Monday - Away in a Manger

It's another Monday - good thing it's a Critter Monday! The sponsor this month is Bugaboo stamps - they have so many adorable and quirky images in their shop! Play along with this week's sketch to be entered in the drawing for some goodies:) The challenge this week is to use NO patterened paper. Embossing is okay though.

I used the sketch from Sweet Sketch Wednesday this week.
I am also entering this in the Papertake Weekly Challenge - no red or green Christmas card.

Supplies are SU cardstock, Sizzix embossing folders and snowflake die, Nestibilities, image from Bugaboo colored in with Copics, Stickles, Martha Stewart glitter, Bella dots, and misc ribbon.

Welcome Winter

Well, it's official. Winter is here. I can't really complain since we had such a beautiful fall, but we had our first snow on Wednesday. And boy is it cold out! My little girl goes, "NOOO!!!" (she's trying to say snow.) I have to laugh:)

I know this is yet ANOTHER card in blues, but I'm really digging these colors right now. So you'll have to suffer with me;)

I used the sketch from CardPatterns this week.

Supplies are SU cardstock in Ballet Blue, DCWV paper from the Winter stack. Image is Greeting Farm colored in with Copics and accented with Crystal Stickles. Pearls are Kaiser. Ribbon is from my stash and I used a snowflake embossing folder and went over the embossed part with a Spica clear glitter pen.

Happy Birthday to My Son!

I can't believe my firstborn is almost 6 already! I really don't know how time has flown by so fast. Actually, his birthday is not until the end of December, but I wanted to put his card together early so I don't run out of time and have to do it last minute like I do everything! He saw this card kit sitting on my craft table the other day and really liked it, so I thought it would be perfect for him.

I used the sketch from Sketch Saturday this week for the card.

I received these supplies in a card kit, but I added Crystal Effects to the rocket ship and the helmet of the images (colored in with Copics) and used Crystal Stickles on the stars. I also added the ribbon.
